People know her as the member and leader of Wonder Girls but for me I love her as Min Sunye, the idol and the person. Tbh, I am a selfish fan of her. I always want her to get the best part in the song, the best outfit, the best hairstyle. I wanted her to be selfish, to put herself before everyone else. But in the end, it came across my mind that I probably will never love her if she’s the selfless one.
So, when the news of her getting married was out, I was seriously hoping it was just a dream. When I woke up, everything will be back to normal. But it is real. So real with no denial. It took me some times to accept that Sunye is really getting married. Sad? Yes, I was sad. I was sad because there’s so much more thing that I wanted to see from her. Her solo album, musical, some acting…yeah, the selfish me.
But, I realized that the thing that I wanted from her is my dream, not her dream. All she wants is to be with the one that she loves so much. It is unfair if I keep her from her dream. So, yeah, I have to be happy for her.
This is not a goodbye. This is just a hello to the future Mrs. Pak.
